Major Sports Augusta is locally owned and operates our Augusta office year round allowing you the ability to locate us 52 weeks out of the year. Many others set-up temporary offices in the couple weeks prior to an event as their business model is to broker the next big events tickets. Major Sports Augusta operates on a far different scale. Our focus remains on what we do best and being Augusta based has allowed us to create our niche in the sports and entertainment industry.
We maintain stringent controls on our ticket inventory and manage them with the highest safeguards possible. Our dedicated concierge distributes the credentials daily and we require that the clients return them after that days round is completed. We maintain a current record of each day’s clients and remain immediately available for any concerns that may develop.
Major Sports Augusta’s method of safely managing your event credentials includes a screening process for every client we contract with. Additionally, we provide each of our incoming guests with a clear set Policies and Penalties (P&P) multiple times throughout the planning and development process beginning at the time of contracting then followed up with the same P&P within their pre-arrival travel documents. Lastly, our concierge staff restates the P&P to each guest on day of issue with signature confirmation of their acknowledgement of deposit forfeiture in certain situations. All efforts are put forth to prevent the loss or misuse of your tickets as our goal is to create a long-term trusting relationship between us.
