Our experience simplifies the entire process and you have the added comfort of knowing that we're pairing you with the most highly qualified corporate clients.
Listing your property is a simple two-step process involving completing the Listing Application from the link below and submitting your pictures from the same link. The Listing Application will provide us with complete details of your prooerty in respect to the number of bedroom & baths, bed sizes, amenities, etc. To complete the listing process, we will need pictures of you property inclusive of front & back exterior, bedrooms, living areas and kitchen. Pictures must be in electronic format (saved as JPEG or PNG) for uploading. To achieve the best pictures for presentation, submit pictures in the highest resolution possible and use a combination of natural light and ambient room lighting to eliminate dark shadowy areas.
There is no cost for listing as we review each submission and selectively list only the properties that meet our minimum criteria. Once your listing is approved, your property will remain in our database without any need for annual renewal. We simply ask that you contact our office for any necessary updates to your listing and to advise us if your property is no longer available for the upcoming Tournament dates.
Major Sports Augusta is always looking for well-maintained corporate level properties and the demand is high for the most desirable neighborhoods. When registering your property with Major Sports Augusta, we do not require exclusive agreements and highly encourage owners to list with other qualified agencies for the greatest exposure to prospective clients. Corporate clients vary from year to year with only a small percentage being long-term commitments with annual returns to Augusta. New rental opportunities can easily be lost when relying on a single source marketing your property. Our local office is staffed throughout the year providing immediate service when needed not only to our clients but for the property owners we work with as well.
